  • Where do I collect keys?

    Key collection will be confirmed on your booking confirmation. Any lockbox codes will be supplied 24 hours before check-in.

  • What time is check-in/ check-out?

    Check-in is available from 2PM and check out is 10PM, if you require early check-in or check-out, please ensure that is organised with our agency, this is not guaranteed, and fees will apply.

  • Do all the properties have WIFI and air-conditioning?

    All specifications of the individual property can be found on the listing and whether the property has WIFI and air-conditioning.

  • What do I need to bring?

    The listing will specify whether the property includes linen.
    Bathroom requirements Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, personal toiletries none of these things are supplied unless stated on the listing.
    Kitchen requirements please note you need to bring all food items you will need for your stay most places do supply tea, coffee and sugar but please note that milk is not supplied.

  • What if maintenance is required on the property or we break something?

    Please contract our emergency contact on your booking confirmation as soon as possible.

  • Do we have to clean the property before we leave?

    Please refer to our terms and conditions, if the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition an excess cleaning charge will apply.
